I will note that the kids didn’t fight in the car at all today. They played together and had fun mostly and that was a huge improvement over any previous year. They were still loud as hell and it wiped me out just being near them, but there was no stress of fighting.

I spent the ride trying to figure out what to work on. I brought my embroidery stuff and some mending and some linocut stuff. I already hate the idea I had a couple days ago. I have a few different possible ways to go but I hate them all. I am empty of… not of creativity exactly, but of that spark that makes it go. The thing I want to share.
