The trip. What can I say. On balance it meant a lot to everyone and I did get to see Alice and my friend Jim with the bookstore. But the rental car fucked me over and the first day was a waste because of the mechanical issues. The following morning was interrupted too with having to go exchange it. I was exhausted and overwhelmed and that lasted the entire time.

So yeah.
