I can’t tell if I’m hypomanic or just anxious about the trip or both. But it’s been kind of rough like that today. Had stomach upset that started yesterday evening and today my appetite has still been off. I don’t know why. But the energy has been manic flavored, with an overlay of anxiety and even my anxiety nap was a struggle.

No signs of anything going sideways. All checked in. Bags almost packed. Plenty of time in the morning. I’m just a wreck anyway.
