Today I varnished the jewelry order and did some transcription and packed boxes for storage and cleaned up old crusty cat pee that had been hidden in the casita. Went to the art supply store and bought more paper, coated some of it with chemicals. And did 10 cyanotypes.

I did one of lace on transparency and then many trying to get a good image that showed the lace. One almost did, but ended up with a weird grease stain. Some may darken in time and we’ll see. None were what I wanted.

Some, I recoated the backs of failed ones. Palimpsests. Now if the new ones don’t turn out either I will use the sheets for lettering practice next. Both sides. Why not.
