Made a stupendously good salad today, consisting of:

spinach
lemon balm
violets
$1.50 worth of little yellow flowers I got at the farmer's market
red grapes
avocado
feta cheese
toasted cashews

And a vinaigrette which contained:
lemon balm white wine vinegar
olive oil
ginger spread (Ginger People brand)
