Sleep woes. U is bright-eyed and bushy-tailed at 4am. Usually J takes him, but last night Q woke up at 12:30 and J spent till after 2 trying to get her to go back to sleep. Now U is snoozing in my lap in the recliner. Getting him back to bed is not a likely proposition, though. He would wake up and squonk.

The awesome house has many potential problems, the most acute of which being the pool situation. It needs resurfaced and may make it hard to get financing (the state of the pool of course being the bank's business). Plus maybe the house might need a new roof, and the electrical wiring in some of the additions may not be up to code. And who knows what else. So we probably can't pursue it. *sigh* I can fantasize up a way to make it work, but probably reality would not go along with me. Reality is so uncooperative!
