I did the print in red and black with the speedball ink but it just gunks up the block so quick. I did 10 of them but only the first one is halfway decent, and I have very lax standards for this. I didn’t work so hard carving the detail only so it would be blotchy from crappy ink.

So then I went and did the rest with oil based ink. Have done one color, then will do the next once it dries. They will almost certainly not make it anywhere before Christmas, but who cares?

The cold has gotten worse. More coughing, and the stuffy/runny nose is on the scene now. It’s not too bad as far as runny noses go, but still.
