Well, I may have figured it out. One piece of it, anyway. Which is that I can use watercolors and inks over the cyanotype (and possibly acrylic inks under it as well; I’ll have to try that one of these days) to get that rainbow ink effect I was enjoying during the calligraphy class. A little pop of color is a good step to changing it up. I need some new shapes as well, and yes, maybe some little dangly bits. (I’m thinking chain, maybe). But yeah.
